Hans Krebser5 StarBakir Kapasi arrived at my home within two hours of being called out and quickly identified and rectified the electrical fault I had reported. He then provided me with detailed instructions on how to carry out an initial diagnosis in the event of the fault recurring. When I sent him a text message with a query fairly late in the evening on that same day (which I didn't expected him to answer until the next morning), he responded within minutes and offered to resolve the matter over the phone there and then, which I greatly appreciated.
