A short visit to diagnose the problem and identify which parts were needed, then a return visit to do the work. They arrived when they said they would, did the work, cleared up any mess, and everything now works. I definitely recommend them.

We were having some work done on our place and one of the RCDs on the consumer unit tripped and could not be reset. Left with no power for half the house, including a fridge full of food, I rang a few electricians we had used before but none were available on short notice. When I called A Phillip we talked through the issue on the phone and they said they could be there in about 2 hours. We expected a fault in the wiring, possibly disturbed due to some of the building works, but when they showed they were quickly able to isolate and diagnose that the RCD had failed and replaced it. Knowledgeable, quick, professional service that got us out of a bind on short notice. Thanks!
