Great service from the AB energy centre team. Very helpful and professional. I had an issue with the ignitor on my Extraflame boiler. They were really quick in responding, I phoned in the morning to let them know I had received a replacement and they called round and fitted it the same day.

I had an issue with the auger on my biomass boiler, so I left a message on their website askng for advice at about 8.15pm. By 8.45pm I had a return phonecall, which I was not expecting at all. Great advice given, problem sorted. So unusual to get this level of service, particularly when I am not one of their customers - yet!

Gave them a call regarding a biomass boiler - spoke to Andy who was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Talked me through step by step to get the hot water back on.
