The service here was absolutely amazing. I called for an emergency plumbing issue and firstly the man I spoke to on the phone was helpful and efficient. He arranged for someone to come out within the next few hours and they arrived between the estimated time I'd been given. The plumber was incredibly professional, efficient and friendly then I got the invoice to find the price was also very reasonable, especially for an emergency issue. Came out on the 23rd then twice on Christmas Eve including in the evening. Repaired and sorted for Christmas. Fantastic service, great people and a reasonable price. What more could you ask for. I had a Hive fitted to control heating from phone. Great communications from booking team, Engineer (Levi) arrived on time (they text max 30 mins before arrival) and talked me through options. All fitted and sorted in the time promised. Had boiler serviced earlier in the year, too. Great company. Will use again.
