Spoke to me like a dog on the phone because I asked him what his call out charge was. Apparantely he doesnt do call outs. Which is might fine. But when you google a number in a panic and phone someone you dont expect to me made a fool of.

Anything electrical look no further Alan is your guy! I would not use anyone else. Cost is reasonable, work is of high standard, very neat and tidy, timely completion and all around just a genuinely lovely man. He was even considerate of my 3 month old baby and checked on her before doing anything noisy..I wouldn’t imagine many people doing that. Had quite a bit of work done recently and can’t say how happy I am with the end result, other than the fact that I don’t usually leave reviews but spent half hour sorting out a google account specifically so I could say how fantastic he is. Definitely full stars and in future, will always call Alan for any electrical projects

Absolutely the best electrician I have ever met and at over 65 I have met a few. He said he was competitively priced and he jolly well was and so much more too. He has a gentle sense of humour that made everything pleasant...he even helped carry some stuff to my car bless him. I needed to feel safe and Alan is just an all round good person that filled that need. I felt comfortable from the first meeting. He delivered everything he promised and on time. He took the time to show me what was wrong (and there was a lot) and the best methods and ideas for solutions identifying the best options in terms of cost. He let me choose the items I wanted but having given me the best information I purchased everything right first time and to my taste. I cannot tell you how impressed I am. He left everything clean and tidy and took care of my things. I now have a safe home and everything is certificated and identified. Pleased? Oh way way more than that - Ecstatic that I now live in a safe home. I cant recommend him enough.
