Absolutely Faultless! I never take the time out to write reviews but on this occasion I am making an exception as I am honestly blown away with service my parents and I recently received from this company. I thought this level of customer service was a thing of the past. After visiting numerous carpet shops in the area, Albion Mill Carpets was our last stop, and I am so happy they were, as the job was (In my eyes) a very tricky one, for my very elderly and disabled parents we needed a company that would give us the confidence that it would be done right first time, and they did just that and more. The outside of the shop was slightly daunting I must say but inside was the opposite, It was bright, clean, tidy and almost impressive. I was greeted by 'Gem' (I feel she maybe the owner or a part of the management) her extensive knowledge regarding the various products on offer was very impressive, she also had a very kind and approachable manner. Everything was priced, which we did not find in any of the other shops we visited that morning. We were booked in for a measure that following Monday and as promised on time Dean arrived to quote us, he was again knowledgeable and answered all of our questions, the price was exactly what was quoted in the shop. On the day of the fitting Jim was on time and couldn't do enough for us, they hoovered and replaced the furniture. All in all a faultless service from start to finish and if Albion Mill Carpets cover your area I genuinely would not go anywhere else. 7 STARS ******* EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. Excellent service from start to finish. Friendly and helpful staff in the shop who leave you alone to look at a great range of carpet but are always on hand to help when needed. Carpet fitters have also done a very neat and professional job and were more than happy to meet my request to run TV aerial cable and extension lead cable under the carpet, which has also been done very neatly. Great value for money. Would definitely recommend. 👍

Five star service from start to finish. Showroom staff extremely helpful and professional, nothing was too much trouble. Very prompt, delivered on time exactly as promised.
