All enquiries are handled by the same team, and our new system ensures that all of your requirements are logged for future information. My electrics aren’t working do I still need a quote we understand that not all work is able to be quoted such as fault-finding or investigation work in these instances we will discuss pricing with you on the phone phone and when we book you in for your or women with an engineer we will make sure that you are fully aware of all costs that we foresee being incurred I’m worried about getting a large bill for electrical work we can’t promise that your electrical repair won’t be costly if it is in bad condition but we do promise that we or discussed anything we find along the way so that you are always aware of the situation we don’t believe in spending a long time trying to fix something that is not able to be fixed and find that is it is often quicker to do a repair on the area rather than to identify the exact fault as this could be behind a wall or between the floor boards under the floorboards and that we will work to your budget as much as we can we give ourselves a 2-hour deadline to fix any faults and rarely go birthday in most instances there is no reason you can’t plan a repair within that time if the repair is not quick to fix we will then provide you with a fixed quotation too to resolve your issues we are also happy to stage payment for emergency works if if they have have been unexpected and you are struggling to make the payment we just ask that you talk to us first as we can then plan this into our budgeting as a company turn up to do the work depending on the size of your job you will get at least one 1/4 fide qualified electrician these may be accompanied by other qualified electricians or apprentices depending on the size and type of job sometimes another electrician may come and join them once they have finished another job don’t be alarmed they have still been briefed on the work needed and and will look after your home as if it’s their own
