Simon turned up bang on time. We’d had some discussions previously about what we wanted. We discussed further options once he’d seen exactly what was here and we adjusted the plan accordingly. Fuelled by tea and biscuits, once everything was agreed he set about the task quickly, cleanly and efficiently. Would definitely ask Simon back to do more work in future

After 2 plumbers and an electrician couldn't fix our central heating & hot water issue, we stumbled across Simon, who was amazing and provided the service the others couldn't provide. Rather than just saying 'can't find the problem' and leaving us in a mess like the first 3 so called "professionals", Simon helped us investigate the issue and ultimately solved the issue which turned out to be a bad job from the original installer. Ultra professional, friendly, polite, super responsive and definitely an expert...lots of tradesmen should take a note out of Apple Electrical's book! He has definitely found a new loyal customer in us, and I wouldn't hesitate recommending Simon to anyone.

Simon is amazing. Five days (on his own!) and virtually a complete re-wire plus new lights and relocating them, new sockets and lots more of them, new board, extractor, outside lights, Nest I could go on. It didn’t help that I kept adding things to the job, I’m sure he will agree! Not the first time I’ve used him and certainly won’t be the last! In fact….. Can’t recommend him highly enough, almost think of him as a mate now (sorry Simon)! Oh, just make sure you have plenty of tea available!

Recently had two new smoke alarms fitted, along with a Ring door bell. Great service. Everything was fitted neat and tidy at the time stated (nothing worse than tradesmen not turning up when promised). Really pleased with the quality of work and price charged. Highly recommended!!

Simon and John both worked extremely hard to install 82 spotlights in our house, as well as replacing two extractor fans and various other jobs. We were impressed by the speed they worked at and the fact they didn’t moan or complain once. It was nice having them in the house and they were considerate when we were on work calls at home. At the end of the week we felt they had completed a high quality job. The price was also fair and good value for the end result. We would certainly recommend Apple - truly modern tradespeople who confounded stereotypes by eschewing “builder’s tea” for oat milk lattes.
