I was kept up to date at every step and was made aware of the cost before any work was carried out and everything was explained when I collected the car. Hayley Thompson1 StarContacted this company with an explanation of my car fault, asking for help with a quote, message was read, but not acknowledge, as I contacted them on a Sunday I gave the benefit of the doubt and waited until the next business day, and contacted asking if this was the right number for this company. A reply yes was given along with the address, again I messaged and said I had messaged them for a quote, again text was read but ignored!
So yes I would avoid this company, the customer service before they even get their hands on your vehicle speaks volumes !!!Tuesday 21st December 2021
