My Audi A4 Convertible had a roof fault and would not operate. I took the car to a couple of diagnostic garages in Ayr where I reside. Despite charging me these garages failed to identify or rectify the fault. Due to great reviews myself and my wife decided to book the car into Autoelectron in Harrogate and have a wee holiday at same time. Merv was absolutely fantastic. He identified 3 main faults and replaced appropriate parts. We delivered the car in the afternoon and my Audi was ready for us first thing next morning. The bill was £162.00p for everything. Merv is a genius and the roof works perfectly. If only we had people like him in the west of Scotland. Honest and truly professional. Thanks Merv. Well worth our journey !!!!

Excellent professional service from Merv. Fixed the motor for my Audi A4 convertible roof within two day turnaround, for a very fair price. Online tutorial for removing the motor was really helpful. Would definitely recommend Autoelectron and would use again.

This guy is a legend. A true gentleman. I drove to Leeds from Birmingham as I had been recommended by a friend. I booked in my BMW 320. The convertible roof had a fault as it never came down and was beeping while you was driving because of not being fully closed. Merv kept the car and worked on it for over a week as it needed multiple parts which Merv ordered from Germany. But in the end it was sorted. Was a miracle. And the price was very reasonable. Not many people like this around these days. Thank you mate.
