Two ex-BMW dealer qualified technicians, Lee Riches and Phil Redfearn, have over 50 years experience between them, started AutoLogic Hessle Ltd in August 2002.
AutoLogic Hessle was the first truly independent BMW & MINI specialists serve Hull and East Yorkshire.
Since opening, the business has gone from strength to strength and now has ten employees to cope with the current workflow.

Since opening in 2002 Autologic Hessle have listened to their customers needs and now offer a range of services. Along with moving more into the German car market, which now includes VW, Audi, Porsche and Mercedes. We have also built a dedicated team who have a vast array of experience within the German car market.
We provide a proficient, professional and friendly service and are able to give considerable savings compared to BMW dealer prices without having to compromise on quality.

Akinyemi Adisa5 StarA lot of great reviews have been posted about Autologic concerning the their professionalism and how good they are when it comes to BMW cars but no one has yet to post any reviews on how they deal with mistakes when it happens because, I guess they rarely make one.
Well this time they did but were absolutely brilliant in rectifying it the very next day. I took my beloved f30 in for transmission oil and rear diff oil changed and ended up with only a rear diff oil changed been done and invoiced for both. I found out when I took the car home and gave them a call to complain about it. They were very apologetic about the communication breakdown that happened between the workshop and front desk which led to the mistake. They came to my house pick the car up to sort out my issues and returned the car shinning clean and valetted on top of doing the transmission oil change.
Mistakes happen but it is what you do after that define the kind of company you are. Autologic are high up there with the best companies in terms of customer satisfaction and they have won themselves a new and very satisfied customer.
I took my f30 out for a test drive and needless to say it is performing better than ever before. Big thanks to Lee, Paul and Carl that picked up and dropped off my car.
Highly recommend Autologic to anyone I know and their pricing compared to the quality of their work is about the best I have seen.Friday 23rd April 2021
Trevor Nuttall5 StarI had my BMW X3 diagnosed at a different garage however they weren’t able to carry out repairs in a timely manor so I contacted the guys at Autologic to see if they could carry out the work. They recommended that they carry out diagnosis themselves. I agreed to this and although the outcome was similar to the first garage they advised that they try something different as experience told them that it could be something similar. Long story short I saved approx £600. I’ve waited a couple of months before submitting review to ensure that all is good and yes it is. Really professional garage. Highly recommend them.
