wow i do not recognise those poor reviews below - not my experience at all. i first used b&k services for an emergency boiler breakdown which they sorted out promptly. so i asked them for a plumber to deal with various issues i had at home. adam sorted everything out quickly and was polite and professional. so then i asked them for an electrician. andrew arrived and rattled though about 15 small jobs. he talked me through what he'd done and tidied up after himself. for me this is great service and a breath of fresh air. i find this company reliable and efficient

**Reply to B&Ks comment below, you were fully aware of the mess-up and the inconvenience you had caused me, hence you reducing my invoice to £30 labour and £70 materials. = £100 total however your lies and incompetence of failing to supply an invoice for the materials you have supposedly completed for this job a.k.a £70 for slightly over 1.5m of copper piping is a shameful joke, hence having resulting this case being taken to smalls claims court as per my 3 requests to do so - you have eventually done as I requested. Furthermore, I have also requested you do no contact me as per GDPR DPA2018 so I will also be mentioning this to the magistrates once we complete mediation*** Terrible service. I had phoned and enquired about having a dual fuel range cooker installed where an Aga had been previously. The lady I spoke to was lovely stating the price would be £60ph for Gas and Electrician excluding Materials. Firstly, the date they stated they would be coming they forgot about us (even though I had phoned the day prior to confirm the time to arrange my work meetings around). I called admin team and they were full of apologies and stated the job card had not been put out for the day. Understanding human error, I accepted their apology and they stated they would be here for 8am the next morning. 9.45am, an Electrian eventually arrived stating that he wouldn't be able to do the job and that he would provide us with a quote to complete the work. It's been 19 days still no quote. The Gas engineer came 1 hour later and went, stating he didn't have any materials with him so couldn't do the job and he would be back the next day. He did come back to fit some copper piping but that was it. In conclusion, it's been as stated above 19 days and no one has been in contact apart from someone has sent me an email with an invoice bill of £226 even though we still do not have our cooker installed. I have tried to phone the owner several times now however he is always busy or out of office and has only returned my call once. We are a family of 4 with a 2yr old and a 1yr old so leaving us this long without a cooker is highly unacceptable as cooking food has made it difficult having to buy additional appliances until we have the cooker installed. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this company due to my experience and I will be taking my custom elsewhere.
