I bought some items but as I left I dropped one a pot of tile grout which split open I was holding my grandaughters hand I went back in asked the polite young lady at the door who was saying yes when a scruffy toothless male interrupts “ your fault not ours” I thought how rude I walked inside to ask and the Male followed me in I said your not very helpful are you ? He said No laughing as he walked away ... this is now why I gave 5 stars the young girl was very friendly and polite and I approached a lady called DEE who was horrified when I told her immediately said go get a new one and collared the scruffy Male taking him into a side room for a bit of feedback . DEE you impressed me with your total professionalism and as a regular customer I’ll be back to spend again and again but the young lad almost lost a 20 year plus customer with his flippant attitude and no doubt that’s why he will always be a scruffy chap in a fluorescent vest . Not good the old me would have given him a slap
