Jeremy Stockton5 StarI had my power go off on a Friday evening so contacted Johnny at Base in desperation knowing he lived locally. To my surprise and delight he said give me half an hour. He came round and identified a loose connection that could have caused a fire. He supplied an interim fix for the weekend and then ordered and fitted the new part the next Wednesday. ruby burgess5 StarThis is the second time that Jonny has completed updates for me. Most recently he changed the bathroom ceiling fan and installed electric point and LED mirror. I had made arrangements with Jonny in September to complete the works at the start of October. True to his word, he attended as agreed, including calling 15 minutes before arrival. Kimberley5 StarRyan was very knowledgeable he advise us what type of fluorescent light for garage. He was pleasant, polite, very helpful and his Assistant was very helpful too both excellent workers
I have to say how tidy they left things and they both put sideboards back. I was delighted with the work they both done
