Sue Deakin2 StarVery disappointing. Called and made appointment for quote. Never turned up. I rang him and he said he had an emergency call out, but didn't think to let me know and I stayed in for 3 hours. Actually said I should have called him earlier!!!! Eventually came, noted the work and said would provide a quote by week end. Now 3 weeks and heard nothing.Monday 8th July 2013
