I urgently needed a visit to my flat following an urgent issue with the lights reported by my tenants. BB Electrical really helped me! First of all, they arrange for a visit straightaway and within very short notice. Secondly, they identify the issue quickly and resolved. I found them very honest, the issue turned out to be much simpler (and cheaper) than what the agency told me it was going to be. Really honest company that saved me time and money. Strongly recommended.

Ben and his guys have over the years redone the electrics in my office, and several electrical jobs throughout my old flat and recently carried out an inspection on my new house. I find them very reliable, honest and got the jobs done on time and were a lot tidier than anyone else we've used in the past. These guys are def worth a recommend and I'll be getting them in to do my full rewire soon, Thanks guys.

After Ben Brooke Electrical installed gas and water bonding, we decided to hire an electrician recommended by our surveyor to carry out further work. It turned out that while the water bonding had been done, there was no sign of the gas bonding. I emailed Ben Brooke, sent him pictures and he spoke on the phone to our electrician, however his only offer was to fix the job himself (adding that if he found it had actually been done by his electrician, he'd charge a call-out fee). In order to get signed off under one certificate, we invited Ben to do the job while our electrician was on site, but he wasn't available. He did offer to come round afterwards but we would have had to call back our electrician (at our cost) to sign off his work. We did ask for a refund of £100 (job cost over £300) but this was refused.
