George carried out our job quickly and efficiently, liaising with the estate agent on our behalf. He provided a clear account of the fault on the existing unit and a very reasonable quote to carry out the necessary remedial work to pass the NICEIC. Rezwan Kamal5 StarGeorge and his associate where very professional and courteous towards me. They managed to solve my cooker problem I have been dealing with for weeks. They were very polite and went out of their way to help me resolve the issue. They are very reasonably priced and accommodated me.
They respond really fast to any queries you may have and will try their best to solve any issues you are facing. Their customer service was amazing - the best I have seen from any electrical engineers by far. I contacted BESA Electrical Services LTD who were super-helpful, able to visit premises the next day, carried out Electric Installation Condition Report in a clear & methodical way.
They pinpointed the fault & turned around invoice & certificate on the same day.
Thank you George & crew for a friendly, professional, clean service & facilitating the necessary evidence to rectify this breach of Health & Safety in record time, usually 3/4 day wait for certificate.

Final invoice was higher than original quote but I was informed and have to rely on them being honest with the work that was carried out. Certificate duly received quickly after work was carried out.
