What more can I say, fantastic service!!!! backed up with brilliant workmanship! Used Bright Sparx Electrical to rewire my property, as the electrics were dangerous and outdated. Jordan and his team took special care to keep the place tidy and left it in a better state than when they started. All the workers were polite and followed social distance rules while in my property. I quite enjoyed being the tea lad and they even taught me how things should be done while they were working. Great team and brilliant service. Highly recommend to anyone!!! Thank you Jordan and team!!!!!!

I'm sorry to hear about the experience another reviewer had, but I've not had a similar experience at all. I've used Bright Sparx Electrical Services 3 times now to fix issues I've had for many years. Each time they've come over the issue has been resolved or there's been a follow up, and works have been completed within a reasonable timeframe. Works that were undertaken were explained in detail to me in terms of what was required and what the original issue was. In addition, every individual from Bright Sparx who has visited my property to complete works has been respectful, knowledgeable, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves. They've become my go-to electricians when something needs fixing. Two thumbs up from here!

DO NOT USE SERVICES FROM THIS COMPANY. Jordan, the owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. We have an electrical fault in our kitchen and called out an electrician from Bright Sparx Electrical Services in December at a very high hourly rate. We were fine with this, confident the issue would be resolved in a reasonable time. We left the electrician to try and identify the fault and resolve the problem which involved trial and error, testing each socket a time. This is as expected, however he took a very relaxed approach to this and spent most of the time walking around, shaking his head and saying things along the lines of "I can't find the problem". From small things like unscrewing sockets, to walking to the circuit breakers , everything was done at a slow pace. I lost track of time while waiting and 6 whole hours passed and the electrician was only able to find an area of the kitchen where the fault may be. There was no effort made to time box his task or remind us that this will take him the whole day. There was absolutely no consideration for the time spent and it almost felt intentional. He left and we still have a fault in our kitchen. We didn't hear back from Bright Sparx until January, a whole month later, when Jordan texted my mum asking for her email address in order to send the invoice. My mum forgot to reply and today Jordan phoned my mum to ask about the invoice again. My mum answered the unexpected call but was just about to have a zoom meeting as she was working from home and intended to phone back. However, not long after and to our surprise Jordan turned up at our front door!! and without a mask on! Demanding that we pay an extortionate amount of £540 immediately or he will take it to his solicitors. We are always happy and have no problems with paying for services we've agreed to but when we do, especially for such a large sum, we expect professionalism, a good service and at the very least a solution to the problem. Instead, we're still at square one with no electricity in our kitchen and £540 worse off! Yes, my mum did forget to reply and it was unfortunate his phone call was bad timing but you would expect to be able to at least have until the end of the day to return the call and not have an invoice handed to you at your front door! I tried to explain why my mum wasn't able to speak over the phone and was intending to call back but he didn't want to listen. I know the pandemic is a dark time for many businesses and some owners are starting to show desperation which is understandable but for a company owner to travel from Essex to North West London during lockdown to hand an invoice and without a mask on is very unreasonable and makes you question the professionalism of Jordan and his company. Please avoid this company at all costs, there are many other electricians out there.
