Worst service I've ever received. Delivery man was a complete halfwit and didn't install my applicance because he "couldn't fit his hand in" and left it in the middle of my kitchen despite paying £20 for it to be fitted. When I called about this the owner accused me of trying to get money back! He eventually threw the head up and told me he would personally come get the appliance and give me my money back which I agreed. Of course he didn't show up.
