Katy Parnell5 StarDaniel is a creative problem solver and great communicator. He really listens and thinks about the context. The customer is elderly and could not face the upheaval of complete rewiring so Daniel worked around the issues with the old fuse board and kitchen circuit to make everything functional and safe again as well as looking into some additional plumbing problems. He is returning soon to replace the seized up bathroom taps and to raise the height of some bedroom sockets to make them more accessible. He has built such trust with the customer that she can now contemplate bigger adaptations in the future such as a wet room that will make her home more functional and much safer for her.
