We have been very impressed with DCR. They really do understand renewable systems. We contacted them to help sort out a number of problems we were having with our ground source heating system and they did a fantastic job. As a result we asked them to install a solar thermal hot water system for us. As expected it was professionally installed and works very well. As well as being competent engineers the support service is excellent. We are 120 miles from their office and they happily travel over and spend the time to carry out any necessary work or servicing.

Had cause to request emergency attendance late on a Friday afternoon knowing it would be the evening before someone could make it. Engineer arrived quickly, was persistent and polite finding the fault. A really positive experience and pleasantly surprised when the invoice arrived too. Highly recommended

We called DCR late in the day when the boiler stopped working. They came out quickly next morning and found that the control box had failed. The engineer didn't have the specific box needed and as it was a Friday didn't know if he could get one before Monday. However, he was back two hours later with the correct part so that we had hot water over the weekend. Couldn't fault the service.
