The electrician who carried out the work was very professional but the engineer who did the quote failed to notice that the connection he said would be used for one of the lights wasn't earthed to do it and so a complicated system had to be used. I was charged extra LABOUR for his mistake. I was told that 5 hours labour was included on the quote but it isn't shown as such. It seems to me that the office administration is haphazard to say the least. If you decide to use this company check everything they send you.
