From my first contact, the survey and installation everyone was friendly. No pushy salesman and was a lot cheaper than British Gas. To be honest I could have got it done cheaper but I wanted a local company I could talk to. Scot did the installation and never stopped. He is a real credit to Deakins. Had a slight problem with 2 radiators not heating properly. Reported in the morning and Scot arrived in the afternoon. Balanced the whole system and now I am reaching for my shorts and T shirt. Would recommend without any problem.

I am very pleased to say Scott turned up on time. Scott looked very clean and smart and didn't hesitate to put over boot covers on without being asked, the service was carried out and a full explanation was given to what had been done very pleased and will ask for Scott again

Rang to report my non functioning boiler. I was very pleased to be given an appointment the same day. Scott arrived early and was wearing a mask as per the government guidelines. Excellent polite service . Scott was able to fix the boiler and I asked him to service the boiler as it was due within the next few weeks. He discussed the costs which were very reasonable and performed the service. I received the boiler service printout for my records. Scott answered a question I had about a plumbing issue. He gave me some advice which I have since followed up. I was extremely pleased with my experience of Deakins Plumbing and Heating.

First time using Deakins & I’m impressed. Ladies answering the phone are friendly & helpful. I had the pleasure of meeting two of Deakins work men. One to quote the job & the other to complete it. Both of these men were very friendly, pleasant & really helped me. The chap who completed the job was just brilliant, it was a tricky job & he really tried hard & managed it for me. Most grateful. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, now you know how to find me ☺️.
