Used this company today..very pleased. .fixed my Beko fridge freezer. Was very helpfull . Nice friendly man who proved himself to be very honest. A new part was after all not needed , he told me and altered price accordingly. Refreshing change . I would recommend this company.

Called Beko to complain that after just over 2 years my Freezer had stopped freezeing. They suggested that firstly I got an engineer out to do a report and put me through to there service department who put me through to Deltec. Appointment booked for Saturday pm guy arrives Saturday morning 11.30 (wow ahead of time thats good) switches the machine on listens and says thats the compressor mate I will get you a price goes to his van 5 minutes later sorry its obsolete thats £78.00 please. Speak to Beko and they said the compressor is still available. So called Deltec and they say oh no we are not approved Beko repairers any more and we cannot get parts from them anymore. If you ask me its a good earner sorry parts obsolete for that sir or madam as the case may be thats £78.00 please. My advise steer well clear no wonder he was early you can do a lot of £78.00 calls if all you do is say sorry it needs a part and its no available.
