I found Dr Volts in the yellow pages after reading other positive reviews and called them for an emergency call out. Steve answered and arranged a call out within the hour arriving promptly. He was very pleasant, professional and informative and showed me the issues whilst he worked to solve the problem. I was advised of the cheapest and best solution and after 6 hours of working in my home and collecting specific parts the price was very reasonable. I was happy to ask for Dr Volts to do additional work in my home and I would 100 % recommend for all electrical work to my family and friends.

Steve responded quickly to my call and came out promptly to fix the problem. He was reassuring in his explanation of the fault and was able to sort it at a good price. Would definitely recommend.
