We are extremely pleased with the service provided by Dragon Security. From the first contact we were struck by how friendly, helpful and customer- focussed the staff are. The install went ahead exactly as planned with the installer arriving promptly. The work was done quickly and cleanly with the installer then taking all the time needed to answer all our questions and ensure that we were happy with how to use the equipment before he left. Frankly it has been a refreshing change to be able to deal with a company that is so obviously invested in the long term satisfaction of its customers. For that reason we would highly recommend them and will continue to use them for ongoing servicing and any future security upgrades.

From initial contact through to installation and follow up, this company were incredibly helpful and instilled enormous confidence through their knowledge of the products, how they can best be used and installed. The guys who installed the security system were courteous, friendly and tidy workers. They made sure that we understood and could operate the system and were very patient with all of our questions. The follow up call from the office on the next day was a welcome service as they checked that we were happy and reinforced the fact that they were available to help if needed. We would wholeheartedly recommend Dragon Security and electrical for their outstanding service.

We had our alarm fitted 3 years ago, the alarm was in good working condition but we wanted to get it serviced to ensure it wouldn’t develop any faults. We also didn’t have an emergency contact if we had any issues. I spoke to Dragon via their Facebook chat, they were quick to respond and booked us in for a service. The engineer who called was very professional, gave us advice on the batteries. I was very pleased with the service, we are now booked in for an annual service + have an emergency contact if needed. Very pleased, will defo recommend. They also do electrical work, which is handy as getting an electrician can be very difficult.
