He came to have a look around within a couple of days of my initial call and sent me a quote (to install a new consumer unit for a garden office with sockets and link it to the mains in the house, and a couple of other small repairs) within 24 hours. He offered to do the work within 3 or 4 days of me accepting the quote, arrived at the allocated time, and completed the work by lunchtime. Very happy. David went the extra mile, took time to investigate the cause of the issue issue and even went out to collect spares needed to fix the problem.
