Wanted £250 to diagnostic problem advised 1 hour before arrival for appointment I enquired as to whether this included the repairs following diagnostic. No parts and repair were extras. Whirlpool charge £142 for diagnostic plus the parts then return to complete with no other charges . He advised me that he was a specialist and not many to choose from. He then offered a discount of £100 for a new fee of £150 he was dismissed from my home and I requested he submitted an official invoice for one hours labour plus travel expenses. I have since spoken to other technicians all of which were shocked at this undeliverable experience beware
