I booked ECW to fit a plug socket under my stairs - but he didn't show up. When I called him after a no-show he sounded like he'd just woken up, and said I didn't get back to him with a photo of the fuse box. I had done, twice, and returned his call and left a voicemail and sent him a text - none of which he'd replied to. He then claimed he got the email too late. So which is it? Didn't get it or got it too late?? Then he hung up!
It's a bit stupid really, because I have a much bigger electrical job which I wanted him to look at when he was here - so he's missed out on that job too!Saturday 28th September 2013
