- An EICR Test is an Electrical Installation Condition Report that exists to ensure that all electrical installations in a property are in a safe and reliable condition. As of April 2021, it is now a legal requirement for business owners and landlords to carry out an EICR test procedure in their property.

• Fault finding/Testing - Electrical faults have the potential to be very dangerous, and often 'nuisance' tripping, means your safety device is doing its job. It can sometimes be tricky to determine the fault. We offer a comprehensive fault finding service, to analyse, detect and rectify a fault quickly and safely, with advanced testing equipment.
