Daniel Bair1 StarMichael came across really well initially. Unfortunately on the day of the job, he and his team were rushing as they had other jobs they needed to get to.
The work was not completed properly and Michael refused to resolve unless we paid extra, as our location was now "too far" for him to travel to..! Terrible way to treat customers
and ultimately leave them in a worse position than before. Avoid at all costs.Saturday 13th May 2023
steven wilkinson5 StarMichael & Team were really great. It was a fairly sizeable job, which involved 6 domestic flats & 3 businesses. A full fuse board replacement and change over, as well as other jobs to make the electrical cupboard fully safe.
Communication was superb, & he delivered what he promised, when he promised. Managed the downtime really well. They really made sure we were happy with the job. Have already used them again. Would definitely recommend!Friday 21st October 2022
