James O'Rawe5 StarEML are a tenant here at Workspace and we have used them for a number of projects here at Workspace House. We've used them to install LED lights in a number of the serviced offices and units. We had inefficient tube lighting that had outlived their purpose, were expensive and not very efficient at all.
We've since used them to install motion sensor activated LED lights in all four of our toilet blocks. Like before this was part of an efficiency drive but the coronavirus also made this a health and safety decision.
It hasn't stopped there. Using their experience of much larger projects we're working on new heating systems and another lighting project that will make Workspace a safer more efficient building for everyone.
