Only the diagnostic fee was charged because the staff arrived in less than 20 minutes, identified the problem as a loose wire behind the wall, and replaced it in under two minutes. He stated we could just have the next owners contact them if they want the monitoring service they provide because we are leaving shortly. He explained that the servicing isn't required for the generator to work correctly, and he showed me where to look for information about the generator.
