Karen O'Brien5 StarHighly recommended: Steve doesn't just go the extra mile for his clients - he goes the extra ten miles! He has done a lot of electrical work for us over the years, all of it excellent; the latest job was to install a kitchen extractor fan unit into the space of the old metal wall grille. The unit looks great and works brilliantly. Steve also removed disused lights set into a stainless steel panel across the chimney breast above the gas hob. The panel had corroded and Steve very kindly offered to remove it because we were planning to get it replaced. He even kept his sense of humour when a cloud of dust descended on him and his assistant Kash as they removed it. They were brilliant throughout, including doing the clean-up. Steve was also very helpful in giving me the number of an excellent tradesman who came soon after to measure up for a new panel so we could get it replaced quickly. Throughout the process he explained to us what he was doing, not just at the beginning and end of each day, but throughout the day. He was able to deliver on all our asks and also completed the work earlier than anticipated. Murtie Maq5 StarThe job was to install downlights and other minor works within the house. I was highly impressed by the level of knowledge and experience demonstrated throughout the job. Whenever there were obstacles or major problems, Facelift provided the right advice and solution.
The house’s wiring was quite dated with no access to floorboards but they still managed to install the lights with minimal damage to the walls. To add further complexity to the job, I requested them to install smart switches to enable home automation. They managed to take this task on and install complicated smart switches and made sure they were working to my exact specification.
Overall, I am thoroughly pleased with the work they have put in and the level of care they have taken t make sure they complete the task with minimal disruption. I feel they have gone above and beyond to ensure I’m happy and satisfied with the outcome.
I would not hesitate to recommend these electricians to anyone at all.
