Barrie Woodward5 StarI engaged Fresh Electrics to repair a downlight in my bathroom and at Richards suggestion it was decided that we would replace the light fitting with a more modern and efficient LED fitting.
Hollie, who handles all the administrative details of their Company, at my request sent me a quote for the options discussed for the work.
I was so pleased that this pre work discussion had taken place since the faulty downlight when removed had failed as a result of overheating.
We were prepared for the work that followed, which Richard carried out.
