nothing towards the work the company provides as I've had none done, but the staff they employee aren't the type of people I want doing jobs for me. one of there drivers who is still unnamed rear ended my sons car, when they pulled over to what my son thought was to be an exchange of insurance details etc. turned out to be a verbal and aggressive assault towards him. passers by later commented to the supermarket staff (were they pulled over) about how he was being treated and another man who was working on the car park came over to intervene but was also met with a verbal assault by the fts employee. I have since requested that the owner / director send myself the crash footage of what happened before and after the accident, this is now been coming to me for over 3 weeks and I've still not any correspondence from them about this issue I feel that this is a poorly run company and any issues of this kind aren't dealt with in the correct manner.
