I honestly couldn’t be more delighted with my experience of G Craggs, Ripon branch today. I called around 2pm, my washer had packed up, having being on its last legs for several months. Sam, a lovely lady, recommended me a washer, having asked me my requirements. I was thrilled that they were able to deliver the very same day, in fact within an hour of me calling. Mark, a really friendly, helpful guy, brought it in the house, took away the old one, and was really careful to not make a mess, put sheets down etc. Overall fantastic service, wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Very helpful indeed. I went in to buy a cable for my TV and Adrian showed me how to use the one I already had, saving me money. I have promised I will return when I need a new TV, which I will, because I know I will get good service. A lovely little local business highly recommendable

They were very helpful when selecting the right washing machine for my new house, delivered on time and around my busy work schedule, and installed the machine with no problems. If you can, ask Andy to install your device for you - he is clean, quick, and more than happy to talk you through how to use the new machine. Great company and great service. #SupportLocal
