Jordan Cain5 StarGav and one of his colleagues (sorry, I didn't catch his name) came over to do the job. They were quick but not rushed, knew their stuff and did a bang up job of it. Friendly, left everything neat and tidy, works a treat, and took me through how to use it to find a faulty appliance if I needed to.
