Late one night our lights started to trip the fuse. Harry came out and quickly realised that there was actually a fairly complicated fault somewhere in the circuit that would need extensive repairs. He managed to get our upstairs lights and one downstairs working and promised to return to examine our wiring more closely. Upon his return, along with his apprentice, he tested all of our lights and switches, replaced some worn out fittings, found and fixed the fault and ensured everything was safe and working. There were two minor issues that couldnt be repaired on the day but he could get working in other ways temporarily. All told he worked pretty much non-stop for 8 hours to make our home safe and ensure everything was working again. He was polite, courteous, neat, prompt and kept us informed at all times of what was needed and what had been done. Amazing service that I would recommend to anyone.
