Tony Jefferies5 StarPhoned Howard and Davies following my smoke alarm man no longer working due to personal matters,I tried for over a week and met some very underhanded people and spent a great deal of money. Then I came across Howard and Davies I called and talked to a very helpful and friendly lady called GEMMA she is a credit and the face of a very good company.From the start everything is upfront and I was kept up to date with a good professional service,from the written estimate to the invoice.I didn’t meet the engineer but my brother did and he was also impressed with the service provided.I appreciate the level of service and no hidden charges. I highly recommend this company.I myself was a self employed heating engineer for around 30 years but due to serious health issues no longer work.I always offered a good service and that’s what you get here.Thankyou.Monday 23rd August 2021
