I am so impressed with IOLEC! I called at 11am today, described the issue of our melted plug socket to Kovi who was incredibly knowledgable & friendly. What impressed me the most was that my safety was his top priority, even without the guarantee of the job, he guided me to switch off power at the fuse box, something I hadn’t thought to do. I sent over some pictures of the socket as requested & had a quote back from Kovi instantly, really reasonably priced & the work could be carried out today! Kovi arrived at 1:40pm & completed the job to a great standard. He was personable & explained everything! He was even kind enough to tighten and tidy up some of our plugs free of charge. Will definitely use IOLEC again. Thanks Kovi!

We had no power this morning after we found the fridge off. Extremely helpful on the phone and was very fast on attending our fault. He restored our power within 30 minutes of arriving. Thank you so much for your help.

Extremely polite, helpful and patient on the phone to help us with temporary power. Arrived within 20 minutes of phoning at 7am. The fault was found and fixed very quickly, with a clear explanation of what the cause was . Very reasonable and I am very happy with the service received.
