Service was excellent. We bought a fridge freezer and was given information about the different ones which helped us to decide. The fridge freezer has been delivered the same day and it was such good value. This is our first experience of J & J Electrical and it definitely won’t be our last. We would thoroughly recommend them.

The delivery and staff were good. They are knowledgable, friendly and understand their products. However, we spent £150 on a washer/dryer and the heating element broke shortly after the 6 month warranty. We were then quoted £80 to fix it. Although I do not believe this is deliberate, it does bring into question the longevity and quality of their products as they can not last longer than 6 months.

Top bloke great banter and great crew working there, made very welcome and give us a good deal on a washing machine with free delivery and installation. Definitely recommend. Be seeing me again for a cooker and fridge freezer in the future.

Fantastic service. My fridge freezer gave up the ghost this week. Went to other places first and up to 2 weeks to deliver. The gentleman at j&js was so helpful didn't have what I went in for and was very honest with me. Then I found a fridge I have wanted for ages but just never been able to afford it. This purchase was a bargain. Also got same day delivery was here in the time given. So thank you very much for making moody Margaret happy.

Very helpful and friendly. Quality products at low prices. I had my appliance within 3 hrs of me paying for it and I live miles away from Castleford.
