Contacted Jack Electrical Limited as the power to the socket next to our boiler had gone and we had no idea why. Paul and his assistant / trainee arrived the following day. Through the process of elimination the issue was diagnosed and the fault fixed. Superb. I cannot thank them both enough. Polite, respectful, clean, tidy and efficient. Really impressed and would recommend Jack Electrical Limited to anyone within the Barwell region and surrounding area.

I was given a quote, which was meant to include VAT and meant to take an hour. When he completed the work, he did additional jobs that had not been agreed, added an extra hour of work to the bill and then included VAT! (The same VAT that I was assured was included in the first price). Overall my bill went up from £120 to £240!! Also does not respond to calls or emails for a very long period of time and I have been informed that after his work there were huge chunks of plaster missing. Overall, I would definitely not recommend
