Eston was very friendly and professional, he was able to come and have a look at the work quickly, and gave us a quote the same evening. We were quickly able to arrange a date which was sooner than I expected and he turned up at about 9AM with everything he needed and got the job done. Eston was polite, and didn't mind having a chat while he working, once the work was finished he tidied up and hoovered up the dust from the work.
