Lee and Sara Pitcher5 StarAs a female organising an electrician to change a fuse box, I hit gold! Jon arrived as arranged, clearly explained what he would do, timings and the process of checking the electrics to issue the certificate. He was friendly and understanding of all my ignorant questions.
On the morning he arrived on time, he set to work straight away. No time wasting, just straight to the job and sorted! The area was tidied and photographic evidence of the inside of the new fuse box given.
Communication after was instant.
Having been quoted nearly double by 2 other electricians, and cheaper by a 3rd, I was advised to go with the middle by a retired professional DIY man. I also went with who made me feel more secure that I was a customer and not just a wage!
My advisor sat while the work was being done. He gave nothing but compliments about Jon and his work. Def found gold with JEM Electrical Services!Saturday 28th January 2023
