This review is based on unreliability of your service and lack of communication. Although incredibly polite and professional in our initial meeting we were then let down on numerous occasions often without warning which resulted in time taken off work and being without the use of our kitchen for a significant period of time.

He turned up on the day &: time he said he would both John and his brother were polite and professional completed the jobs, cleaned up after them selves I would recommend to my family & friends

We agreed a price and arranged for the work to take place at 8am on Saturday 27th February. I didnt hear anything and on the day John didnt show up. I called him to find out where he was. We couldnt catch each other but after hearing my message he called back and left a voicemail saying he had been sick all week and had lost my number. As strange as this was as we had spoken on the same number a few days earlier I offered him to come back the following Saturday (today) at 9am to do the work. I was waiting for him to arrive from 8:30 at about 8:50 I was going outside and saw that there was a card from JL electricals through my door. I called him back at 8:55 to see where he was but no answer, I left a message and no response. I sent a text later in the day to see what the issue is and no response. I guess perhaps he turned up too early? We agreed 9 via text so he could easily see his mistake. He could have called to say he was early and I would have let him in. I suspect he just couldnt be bothered to do the work. Probably didnt even knock and hoped I wouldnt see the card until after 9 so he could say I didnt answer. I cant comment on the quality of his work but I can say he is unreliable. I left this comment on mybuilder (which was the site that I used to hire him). He replied to my message with a comment about me asking him to do extra work for the same price. The comment had no basis in reality and was completely dishonest on his part.
