James Morley1 StarJMS electrical came to put up two flood lights that have worked fine. 3 months later one has started flickering. He said I need to pay £45 call out charge and £30 for a new light even though the light is still within warranty and has blamed me for not taking the receipt even though he didn't show me it or offered me it. Apparently the receipt is lost to his accountant. Be warned, no guarantee with his work if something doesn't work and you'll pay full price for the fix.
EDIT: After replacing the light myself(Successfully and easily), i found that one of the screws hadn't been screwed in and had let water in. See attached images. Do not recommend. I wouldn't of found this out if he had just come and replace it using the guarantee on the lightSunday 8th March 2020
