Very good service. Tried 2 other electricians prior to JNE for the work and because it was a smallish job they let me down. No problems with JNE, called on the Saturday and work would have been complete on the Monday if I had availability. Definitely recommend.

Approached James to fit a number of lights and to refit one that another contractor had fit very badly. Came same day to quote and we also had the quote the same day with various options. James did the work to a very high standard and we were really pleased with the result. Wouldn't hesitate to use James for other electrical work or recommend him to others. Recently had James in to relocate a socket and fit a new electric fire. I know this was a relatively small job however is approach to it and his work was first class. Firstly he actually answered the call and more importantly he did what he said he would. It's amazing how many times contractors say they will get back to you and never do. He came when he said he would, carried out the work efficiency and professionally with next to no mess and at a very reasonable price. I would thoroughly recommend James and will not hesitate to use him again in the future - First class

Moved into a bungalow last year and no problems during the warmer months but when the cold weather came we were experiencing horrendous mould problems in our en-suite shower as there was no extractor fan fitted and it's a large room. Mentioned it to our neighbour who had had the same problem and mentioned JNE to me. I got in touch with James who came pretty much straight away to assess the problem. He presented a solution that was realistically priced. Despite saying that he was very busy and would fit us in as soon as he could, within a very short time he told us he had unexpectedly got a free morning. He turned up early and did a very professional installation of a powerful extractor fan and cleaned the work area very well on completion. This has cured the problem completely I cannot recommend his services highly enough. He will certainly be my choice for any more electrical work which may arise in future.
