Natalie Debrabandere5 StarI called on the company because my storage heater broke down just as the temperature dropped to 2 degrees... Gave me great advice on the phone about how to proceed if I needed to replace the heater, then managed to come out despite a busy schedule just after lunchtime. Quickly diagnosed the problem: an issue with a busted electric socket, and not the actual heater. Made all the necessary repairs and reassured me that the heater would probably start as normal during the night - it did. I cannot recommend John Unwin enough and am relieved to be warm, and to have found a company I can trust! Thank you!Tuesday 8th December 2020
