I called JS Electrical to set up a few external sockets, who were able to visit the next day. Within hours I had a quote and a date for the installation. Other than running the armoured cable underground, setting up the external sockets, and hooking up some outdoors items in a safe manner, Jack also found and resolved some risks with the existing setup. Overall a very straightforward and pleasant experience. I'd be happy to call again next time.

Last year JS Electrical fitted an extractor fan in my bathroom and down lights in my lounge. I was really pleased with what Jack did. I found him polite, punctual, reliable and knowledgeable. He was happy to give electrical advice and help me select the products he fitted. It’s worth noting as well that he is extremely tidy and cleans up any mess he makes. Recently I had some other electrical jobs that needed doing. I had no hesitation in getting Jack back to complete them. I had some electrical products that needed PAT testing and an issue with a cooker tripping out. As a result I ended up having all my electrics checked and he identified a couple of issues that needed attention. This included hard wiring in a couple of smoke alarms. All issues were resolved and he provided the same excellent service as before. I felt comfortable leaving him in the house alone while I went off to work. Good trades people are very difficult to find but Jack is an excellent contact for electrical work. I’d have no hesitation recommending Jack or giving him a 5 star review.

JS Electrical are very professional, tidy, takes pride in the work and are very responsive. They helped us during a renovation to replace all the Light switches, power sockets and lighting taking care of everything - except choosing the lights of course. Jack also done a thorough review of our electrical set up, which we knew needed modernisation, and I'm looking forward to him sorting out our electrics and hopefully installing our EV Charger. Good electricians are hard to find so glad I called JS Electrical.

This was a relatively small job for Jack but as well as always turning up on time (rare with other contractors) he is meticulous in his work and his charges are reasonable. I highly recommend him.
